We feel right fortunate to have our "Who We Are"section so easy to come by! We were honored in 1986 to be interviewed by a very talented author, Eric Marcus for his Gay Bestseller,
"The Male Couple’s Guide To Living Together". We were introduced to him through a friend from college who was in New York editing for Harper & Row. They meet while he was working as Associate Producer for ABC’s "Good Morning America". She discovered he was doing research on a book highlighting long term gay relationships and pointed him in our direction - the rest is:

Eric's remained a dear friend and we see, talk or get updates through mutual friends as to each others worlds. He returned to "Rock Bottom" in the spring of '97 and interviewed us again for his latest release;
"Together Forever, Gay & Lesbian Marriage"
It was released by Doubleday this past May '98. I guess things have come along way since our first meeting. Even the publisher apporved of real names, locations & photos!
Lane & I enjoy re-reading the original book together. It allowes us to reflect on our 19 years together in a unique and special way. He is a treasured friend who has contributed much more than he realizes to our love, pride and empowermennt.!
